Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales advisor.
- Promote Dior products using the brand's D.I.O.R. method to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and understand customer needs to offer personalized product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure the beauty counter meets hygiene and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and report issues to the counter manager.
- Provide high-quality beauty services and skincare consultations using Dior diagnostic tools.
- Participate in skincare events and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury skincare preferred.
- 4-8 years of professional skincare experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with English communication skills preferred.
Skills
Outstanding facial and body skincare techniques.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of skincare products and services.
Ability to guide and develop staff in skincare sales techniques.
Basic knowledge of cosmetic fragrances.
Experience
4-8 years of professional skincare experience preferred, particularly in luxury settings.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
