Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dior's values with passion.

- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations in fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Maintain customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and recruit new clients.
- Manage customer data and execute CRM activities.
- Participate in counter maintenance and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Report issues to the counter manager and adhere to Dior's operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably in luxury.
- Proven sales skills with outstanding performance in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
