Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Xi'an (Xianyang Airport T5) — luxury retail role focused on sales, client service and counter operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing Dior’s values and attitude at the counter.
  • Deliver tailored consultations and product demonstrations across fragrance, make‑up and skincare to create an exceptional client experience.
  • Achieve individual and counter sales targets; drive attach rates through effective cross‑selling and personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain counter presentation and merchandising in line with company guidelines to uphold brand image.
  • Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies to the counter manager and ensure product availability.
  • Execute assigned administrative and operational tasks accurately (attendance, reporting, product handling).
  • Adhere to Dior beauty standards, store operating procedures and punctuality requirements.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with boutique and back‑office teams and report to the counter manager/boutique manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a beauty vocational school preferred.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in retail or service; experience in the luxury or cosmetics sector is preferred.
  • Customer‑centric attitude with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and articulate in client interactions.
  • Detail oriented, organised and results driven with the ability to work under pressure.

Experience

1–2 years in retail or customer service; prior experience in luxury cosmetics or beauty retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation from a recognised beauty/vocational school is an advantage.
