Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dior's values with enthusiasm.
- Achieve personal sales targets while enhancing the brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
- Deliver high-standard service to create a superior shopping experience for customers.
- Identify and understand customer needs, recommending personalized products such as perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Maintain customer relationships to increase brand loyalty and recruit new clients.
- Register customer data in the dedicated system and execute all CRM activities.
- Participate in counter maintenance and monitor stock levels, reporting issues to the counter manager.
- Adhere to company and counter operational requirements and Dior beauty standards.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
- Proven sales skills with outstanding performance in a luxury retail environment.
