Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct both in-store and online sales activities, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
  • Understand and respond to customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in luxury retail environments.

Skills

Excellent sales skills with a focus on luxury products. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with English proficiency for larger stores. Ability to build strong client relationships and respond to their needs. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or service industries, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
