Role & Responsibilities

- Meet customer needs through high-standard service, creating a superior shopping experience.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations in fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Promote complementary products and provide suitable beauty advice.
- Maintain customer relationships to increase brand loyalty and recruit new customers.
- Register customer data in dedicated systems and execute CRM activities.
- Participate in counter maintenance and monitor inventory levels, reporting issues to the counter manager.
- Adhere to company and counter operational requirements, including attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably in luxury (1-2 years).
- Proven sales skills with outstanding performance in a luxury retail environment.
