Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Beauty Advisor in Jinan, China — deliver luxury client service, drive counter sales and represent Dior beauty.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Dior’s values and delivering the Dior attitude at all times.
  • Meet and exceed individual and counter sales targets through personalised client consultations and expert product recommendations across fragrance, makeup and skincare.
  • Create a differentiated luxury shopping experience by delivering meticulous, high-standard service and attention to detail at the counter.
  • Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions and execute effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Educate clients on Dior products and global beauty techniques to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain counter presentation and standards in accordance with company guidelines, including merchandising and visual cues.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report stock issues to the counter/boutique manager and ensure adequate product availability.
  • Complete allocated business and administrative tasks accurately and punctually; comply with company and counter operating requirements.
  • Report to the counter manager or boutique manager and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Retail or service industry experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; graduates of beauty/vocational schools advantageous.
  • Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Fluency in the local language (Mandarin) with clear verbal communication skills.

Experience
