Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, passionately promoting Dior's brand and values.
- Achieve personal sales targets while enhancing the brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain Dior's attitude and standards at all times as part of the team.
- Meet customer needs through high-standard service, creating a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate excellent service standards and attention to detail during customer interactions.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations including perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Suggest complementary products and provide appropriate beauty methods to customers.
- Maintain customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and recruit new customers.
- Register customer data in the dedicated system and execute all CRM activities.
- Participate in counter maintenance according to company guidelines and monitor inventory levels.
- Report issues to the counter manager and ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Perform assigned business and administrative tasks, adhering to company and counter operational requirements.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
- Proven sales skills with outstanding performance in luxury retail environments.
