Role & Responsibilities

- Utilize the D.I.O.R. method to meet customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage client data and execute CRM activities to enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-stocked and appealing.
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury goods.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training from a beauty academy preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with English proficiency for larger store environments.
