Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, passionately promoting Dior's brand values.
- Achieve individual sales targets while enhancing brand image and providing top-tier customer service.
- Deliver a unique and exceptional shopping experience by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Recommend and demonstrate personalized products, including perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare.
- Maintain counter operations according to company guidelines and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Counter Manager or Boutique Manager.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, preferably in luxury (1-2 years).
- High school diploma or equivalent from a beauty school.
