Christian Dior Couture seeks a Back Office Assistant (Intern) in Paris — 6‑month, full‑time internship starting July 2026 supporting store operations and inventory control.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative checks on incoming merchandise and document discrepancies.
  • Plan and execute replenishment of packaging materials and in‑store beverage stocks.
  • Verify compliance with current terms and conditions by auditing weekly transaction records.
  • Collect and prioritise requests for storage solutions and point‑of‑sale reorganisation.
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors’ access to stores for planned interventions.
  • Manage distribution, tracking and inventory of sales team uniforms.
  • Prepare and finish pleated elements for gift boxes and ensure presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and eligible for a French convention de stage.
  • Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship beginning July 2026.
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to stock control and documentation.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple store requests and external teams.
  • Ability to work on site in central Paris and handle light physical tasks associated with stock and merchandising.

Experience

Entry‑level; no prior professional experience required. Previous exposure to retail operations, logistics or a store environment is an advantage.

Enrolment in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s). French internship agreement (convention de stage) mandatory.
