Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement WW Care Services and prevent stock loss or damage.
- Monitor back-of-house capacity and coordinate replenishments with the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations regarding product flow and operations.
- Communicate stock receipt to sales team and verify invoices against delivery spreadsheets.
- Conduct daily stock checks and participate in monthly stock takes.
- Process stock deliveries, client repairs, and logistics efficiently.
- Manage boutique administration tasks including cashiering, transaction updates, and expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate maintenance issues and vendor performance feedback with Boutique Manager.
- Ensure boutique maintenance standards, including IT support, are met.
- Manage part-timer schedules and provide coaching to maximize staff efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
Education
Diploma or higher.
