Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Drive store performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor luxury market trends and consumer behavior to adjust product assortments and maximize sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and partners.
- Ensure operational efficiency by adhering to internal procedures and policies.
- Manage inventory, oversee restocking, and ensure attractive product presentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for special events and product launches.
- Maintain high customer service standards, ensuring personalized and exceptional experiences.
- Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Promote a culture of service excellence and ensure high-quality, personalized service.
- Foster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in team management and store operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong commercial development and performance management skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and solve problems.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
