Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop scaled adaptations of podiums, stands and experiential set pieces for international points of sale.
- Research and propose creative concepts, producing moodboards, maquettes and sketch studies to support scenographic proposals.
- Contribute to the design of POS elements and PLV (displays, decorative kits, scenographic units) aligned with evolving briefs.
- Prepare technical documentation and production-ready drawings/specifications for fabrication of PLV elements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design (architecture & deployment), procurement and external suppliers to monitor project progress and present work in cross-functional meetings.
- Support merchandising preparations and intermediate project stages, and assist in the creation of guideline books and distribution plans for regional subsidiaries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in spatial design, product design, architecture, interior design or a closely related discipline.
- Organised, versatile and rigorous with a strong sensitivity to luxury, cosmetics and retail environments.
- Demonstrable creative aptitude with a portfolio of moodboards, maquettes or scenographic sketches.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills; able to present ideas clearly in cross‑functional meetings.
- Attention to detail, learning agility and practical problem‑solving ability.

Experience
Entry-level internship suitable for students or recent graduates; no prior professional experience required beyond academic projects or portfolio work.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in spatial design, product design, architecture, interior design or equivalent.
