Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support scoping and framing of innovation projects (data use cases, GenAI initiatives) aimed at improving customer and advisor experiences, including estimation of potential business gains.
  • Contribute to program follow‑up: monitor adoption, performance metrics and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and update weekly, monthly and semi‑annual performance reports for markets (operational excellence, sales performance, customer satisfaction) and identify improvement levers across the customer journey.
  • Ensure execution and performance of associated action plans and maintain quality and coherence of deliverables and data.
  • Perform ad‑hoc data extractions, analyses and presentations to inform decision‑making.
  • Contribute to project management activities: stakeholder identification, scope definition, action‑plan development, alignment and synchronization of stakeholders, delivery and market onboarding.
  • Support continuous improvement: maintain and enrich the Client Service knowledge base and contribute to the deployment of coaching and training for Client Service teams.

Qualifications

  • Final‑year student in a Business School or university master’s programme (Bac+5) seeking an apprenticeship.
  • First professional experience in digital project management, client development or customer service.
  • Strong affinity for innovation and a solid cultural interest in technology and data.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigour, organisational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Business‑oriented and solution driven with proactivity and autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
