Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate regulatory registrations for products destined for the Chinese market in close collaboration with teams in France and the regulatory teams based in Shanghai (≈35%).
- Develop and monitor China registration timelines to secure development milestones and protect product launch dates (≈20%).
- Plan and coordinate shipments of initial production batches to China, liaising with production and laboratory teams to ensure regulatory sample requirements are met (≈15%).
- Lead and facilitate cross-border project meetings in English with French and Chinese stakeholders; escalate risks and status updates to management (≈10%).
- Recommend logistical and organisational solutions to comply with regulatory constraints and ensure timely launches (≈10%).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes related to Chinese regulatory requirements, including CSAR-related workflows (≈10%).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's-level programme (Bac +4 / Bac +5) at a business school, engineering school or scientific university.
- First academic or professional experience in project management, regulatory affairs, chemistry, marketing or product development is preferred.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written) — mandatory.
- Analytical mindset with professional rigor and a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong stakeholder-management and collaborative teamwork skills; adaptable in a fast-moving, international environment.
- Interest in the Chinese market is an advantage.

Education
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in business, engineering or a scientific university programme.
