Role & Responsibilities

  • Launch a digital learning platform (LMS) for Dior employees worldwide.
  • Coordinate with various departments, countries, and agencies to support platform deployment.
  • Contribute to innovative learning projects, including the creation of virtual reality training modules.
  • Manage the digital onboarding process and its global deployment.
  • Ensure the deployment of digital learning content and the creation of blended learning pathways.
  • Engage in identifying needs, creating innovative content, communicating, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or university.
  • First experience in communication, learning, or project management.

Skills

Proficiency in French and English. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint & Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in communication, learning, or project management.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or university.
