Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly financial closings.
  • Participate in budgeting processes and ensure the reliability of financial data.
  • Update and distribute reports to various stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with department heads to ensure budgetary compliance.
  • Update the transport dashboard.
  • Support team accountants and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor energy consumption and costs across sites.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of closing processes and tracking tools.
  • Engage in cross-functional analyses to support operational teams.
  • Participate in the development of IT tools related to the department's scope.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
  • Previous experience in financial control or finance is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines with agility and adaptability. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams. Proactive and innovative mindset.

Experience

No prior experience required, though a background in financial control or finance is beneficial.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's program, preferably in a Grande École de Commerce.
