Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly financial closings.
- Participate in budgeting processes and ensure the reliability of financial data.
- Update and distribute reports to various stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly meetings with department heads to ensure budgetary compliance.
- Update the transport dashboard.
- Support team accountants and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor energy consumption and costs across sites.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of closing processes and tracking tools.
- Engage in cross-functional analyses to support operational teams.
- Participate in the development of IT tools related to the department's scope.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Previous experience in financial control or finance is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, though a background in financial control or finance is beneficial.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's program, preferably in a Grande École de Commerce.
