Role & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of finished product quality by providing relevant information from customer feedback and retail stock analysis to the Quality Production teams.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of quality issues by geographic area, identifying product types and common defects.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on action plans implemented by production to resolve identified quality issues.
- Produce accurate and relevant quality reports, ensuring the quality and reliability of the data used.
- Implement data control and validation mechanisms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Define, formalize, and update all central Quality processes in collaboration with industrial Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and regional teams.
- Formalize and update finished product inspection processes in partnership with various industrial quality departments.
- Design and implement tools for analyzing quality control reports to facilitate trend identification and potential problem detection.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an engineering or business school.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Attention to detail and rigor in following up on action plans.
