Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production and analysis of customer data to support decision-making processes.
  • Engage with regional contacts and divisions such as Product and Client Marketing to support customer tracking.
  • Develop a product affinity score or refine current customer segmentation based on profile.
  • Participate in daily production and analysis of customer data, including purchase behavior and customer journey analysis.
  • Conduct product and collection performance analyses, focusing on sales, trends, and recruitment.
  • Manage operational aspects of marketing campaigns, including targeting recommendations and creation.
  • Implement dashboards to monitor campaign performance, such as newsletters and mailings.
  • Analyze the impact of global client actions, including customer events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in statistics.

Skills

Proficiency in Dataiku and SQL. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and communicate insights effectively. Attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy. Team-oriented mindset. Fluency in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
