Christian Dior Couture — Paris seeks an Assistant, Communication & International VM Coordination (apprenticeship) to support visual identity and props projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Visual Merchandising (VM) Merchandising Visual department’s international coordination and communications activities.
  • Contribute to the roll-out and harmonisation of the Maison’s VM strategy across the global retail network.
  • Track and manage photo and video assets in collaboration with internal communications teams and external vendors.
  • Draft and maintain visual identity guidelines for retail (music, video, advertising campaigns) addressed to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Worldwide (WW) zones to pilot and monitor VM identity and communications projects.
  • Support the Props & Architecture Project Manager in the development of new props and store architecture elements.
  • Prepare guidelines and training booklets for props launches; update the props catalogue and related training materials.
  • Assist on worldwide store opening projects linked to props and architectural implementation.
  • Maintain and update WW databases related to props, visual identity and architecture in cooperation with head office and zonal teams.
  • Collaborate with on‑site VM teams in regions and provide transversal project support to the Coordination VM department.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a communication, marketing or business school (apprenticeship/alternance format).
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience or internships in fashion/luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills, responsiveness and aptitude for collaborative, cross‑functional work.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic-design tools.

Experience

Entry‑level — no extensive professional experience required; prior internships or coursework in fashion, luxury, communications or merchandising are advantageous.
