Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for Direct Retail.
  • Conduct performance analysis to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly performance notes for top management for each brand.
  • Monitor Direct Retail KPIs across various channels such as boutiques, spas, and institutes.
  • Track global DTC leadership and market share per store.
  • Participate in the development of internal and external business reviews.
  • Generate weekly performance notes for top management on Direct Retail.
  • Conduct product category assessments and trade post-mortems.
  • Manage operational tools for field reporting to headquarters.
  • Oversee store journaling tools and automated Excel field reporting tools.
  • Develop presentation support and coordinate with internal teams for information alignment.
  • Provide presentation support for DTC sales force and retailer meetings.
  • Engage in field immersion days in stores.
  • Maintain direct daily contact to support store managers.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations or notes for top management.
  • Contribute to various projects aligned with Direct Retail strategy, such as Beauty Classes and Events.
  • Manage Reporting Dashboard for Business & Finance Direct Retail (P&L) including analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School, Data Engineering, or Management Control program.
  • Previous internship experience in retail or management control is ideal.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint. Ability to automate Excel files. Creativity and innovation. Critical thinking. Collaboration and teamwork. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Adaptability.

Experience

Ideal candidates will have completed a prior internship lasting six months in retail or management control.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Engineering, or Management Control.
