Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and control boutique sales performance in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure store presentation and brand image align with Dior standards.
- Participate in high-value sales and VIP customer interactions.
- Coach and train team members to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
- Support recruitment, retention, and development of the team.
- Organize and monitor team integration and training.
- Ensure effective store management and adherence to operational standards.
- Maintain optimal inventory organization and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with the Boutique Manager and HQ functions.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 1-2 years of luxury retail experience as an Assistant Boutique Manager or equivalent within the LVMH Group.
