Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and control boutique sales performance in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
  • Ensure the boutique's presentation aligns with Dior's luxury standards, maintaining an impeccable brand image.
  • Participate in high-value sales and interactions with VIP customers, supporting the Boutique Manager.
  • Direct customers to appropriate sales representatives and ensure comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure solutions align with company standards.
  • Support the recruitment, retention, and development of team members, including organizing training and integration of new staff.
  • Guarantee team presentation and behavior adhere to Dior's standards, including uniform and grooming.
  • Implement and monitor work schedules to optimize resource allocation and store traffic.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions to enhance team development.
  • Ensure effective store management, including inventory control and compliance with operational standards.
  • Facilitate communication and cooperation with the Boutique Manager and headquarters functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and people management skills. Exceptional service orientation and customer relationship skills. Sound business acumen and fashion sense.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment, particularly in a supervisory or managerial role.
