Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Maximize sales and minimize stock losses while bringing new clients to the business.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
- Coach, schedule, and manage sales associates in selling skills and client development.
- Oversee merchandise displays and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing capture rate and after-sales service.
- Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
