Role & Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service in line with Christian Dior standards.
Enhance sales performance, minimize stock losses, and attract new clientele.
Open and close the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
Coach and develop sales associates, fostering a high-performing team.
Oversee merchandise displays and inventory management.
Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize client database development.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
Strong initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and brand alignment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills. Proficiency in managing boutique operations and staff. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Organizational and follow-through skills. Ability to operate necessary equipment including POS systems.

Experience

At least 5 years of retail experience required, with a minimum of 1 year in a management capacity within a luxury product environment.
