Assistant Boutique Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and control boutique sales performance, ensuring store presentation aligns with Dior standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the store's luxury ambiance and representing the brand image.
• Participate in high-value sales and interactions with VIP customers, supporting the Boutique Manager.
• Ensure execution of Dior’s sales policy and drive performance across all categories.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, enhancing loyalty and clienteling efforts.
• Organize and support client events, including in-store events and trunk shows.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members, ensuring alignment with Dior’s standards.
• Monitor and manage store operations, including inventory organization and adherence to company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the team and headquarters, providing feedback and updates on store performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or above
• 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably within the LVMH group
• Proven ability in managing a team and store operations

1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably as an Assistant Boutique Manager or equivalent within the LVMH group.
