Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and control boutique sales performance in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
  • Ensure the store's presentation and brand image align with Dior's luxury standards.
  • Participate in high-value sales and interactions with VIP customers.
  • Direct customers to appropriate sales representatives and ensure product knowledge is demonstrated.
  • Assist in managing challenging situations and finding client-centric solutions.
  • Support customer reception and communication to foster brand loyalty.
  • Maintain and utilize the clienteling database effectively.
  • Organize client invitations to key events and trunk shows.
  • Participate in recruitment, integration, and training of new team members.
  • Ensure team presentation aligns with Dior's standards, including uniform and behavior.
  • Define and control task distribution and work schedules.
  • Assist in setting objectives and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Support team development through coaching and training.
  • Ensure operational standards are maintained, including inventory and cash desk procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Boutique Manager and HQ functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and people management skills. Exceptional service orientation and customer focus. Sound business acumen and fashion sense.

Experience

A minimum of two years in a luxury retail environment as an Assistant Boutique Manager is required.
