Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and control boutique sales performance in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
  • Ensure store presentation aligns with Dior's luxury standards, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Participate in high-value sales and VIP customer interactions.
  • Drive sales performance across all categories and provide daily coaching to team members.
  • Assist in managing challenging customer situations, ensuring solutions align with company standards.
  • Support customer reception and loyalty initiatives, developing trust and recognition with clients.
  • Organize client invitations to key events and trunk shows.
  • Participate in recruitment, integration, and training of new team members.
  • Ensure team presentation and behavior adhere to Dior standards.
  • Define and monitor team tasks, schedules, and performance evaluations.
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Ensure store operations align with brand standards, including inventory management and cash procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Boutique Manager and headquarters, analyzing reports and competitor information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Distinctive service orientation and customer focus.
  • Good business acumen and fashion sense.
