Role & Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service.
Maximize sales and minimize stock losses while developing new clientele.
Open and close the boutique, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Coach, staff, schedule, merchandise, and complete inventory tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications

7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury setting.
Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
Sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to train and develop associates and build relationships. Outstanding customer service skills. Effective supervision of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
