Role & Responsibilities
- Book incoming payments from customers (Accounts Receivable)
- Produce overdue lists, analyze outstanding invoices, and send reminders
- Maintain the customer database in SAP from an accounting perspective
- Book vendor invoices (Accounts Payable)
- Pay vendor invoices
- Maintain vendor database in SAP
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Book employee travel and entertainment expenses
- Participate in intercompany reconciliations
- Assist with Intrastat reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master student majoring in Finance or Business Administration
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, organized, with an eye for detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic accounting and SAP knowledge

Experience
Beginner level experience in finance or accounting, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration (in progress or completed)
