Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and organize products in the warehouse for delivery and storage.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of received and dispatched goods.
  • Prepare, package, and scan orders for shipment.
  • Sort and place items in the warehouse according to organizational standards.
  • Transport materials safely from the distribution center to the shipping dock.
  • Identify and report any missing, lost, or damaged materials to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to inventory management.
  • Conduct material repatriation from external depots using company vehicles.
  • Transport goods to Basel for exchanges with the German subsidiary.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role (5 years).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Forklift operator certification.
  • Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English (B2 level).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
