Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate staff assignments, considering operational requirements and legal guidelines.
• Lead a team of four with a focus on collaboration, development, and achieving goals.
• Design sophisticated decorations in line with company guidelines, particularly for windows, trade shows, and exhibitions in Germany, Benelux, and Greece.
• Assume budget responsibility, including cost planning, control, and optimization.
• Manage reception, packaging, and shipping of goods, including the creation of related shipping documents.
• Plan, organize, and execute the setup and dismantling of decorations for exhibitions and events.
• Procure materials and manage inventory.
• Communicate with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
• Strategically develop and increase the flexibility of the department.
• Analyze and revise existing processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a decorator or visual marketing designer, or a comparable qualification.
• Academic qualification as a business administrator or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) managing a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Extensive professional experience in decoration, ideally within the luxury segment or an international environment.
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to use it for business travel.
