Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to both national and international clientele.
  • Acquire new clients and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Sell high-end watches and jewelry.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of events.
  • Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
  • Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watchmaking.
  • Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Team player with a confident, persuasive demeanor and a positive, polished appearance.
  • Fluent in German with business proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • Exceptional commitment, resilience, and a pronounced quality consciousness.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and watchmaking sectors, is required.
