Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to exclusive national and international clientele.
  • Engage in new client acquisition and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Sell high-end watches and jewelry pieces.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of boutique events.
  • Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
  • Maintain the CRM program and perform necessary administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury watch and jewelry sales.
  • Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Team player with a confident, persuasive demeanor and a positive, polished appearance.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
