Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to both national and international clientele.
  • Engage in new client acquisition and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Sell high-end watches and jewelry.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of events.
  • Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and display windows.
  • Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury watch and jewelry sales.

Skills

Strong customer and service orientation with a passion for sales. Team player with a confident, persuasive, and winning demeanor, complemented by a positive aura and polished appearance. Proficiency in German and business-level English; additional language skills are advantageous. Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems. Exceptional commitment, resilience, and a pronounced quality consciousness.

Experience

Experience in luxury watch and jewelry sales is required.
