Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to both national and international clientele.
- Acquire new customers and actively maintain existing client relationships.
- Sell high-end watches and jewelry pieces.
- Assist in organizing and executing boutique events.
- Professionally present merchandise within the boutique and window displays.
- Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Team player with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- High level of commitment, resilience, and quality awareness.
- Retail sales experience.
