Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to exclusive national and international clientele.
  • Acquire new customers and actively maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Sell high-end watches and jewelry.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events.
  • Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
  • Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer and service orientation with a passion for sales.
  • Team player with a confident, persuasive, and winning demeanor, complemented by a positive attitude and polished appearance.
  • Fluency in German and business proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and inventory management systems.
