Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the refinement, elegance, and innovation of Chopard's creations.
- Assist in customer reception, sales support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique.
- Support the sales team during the sales phase, including listening to sales pitches, assisting with invoice preparation, and gift wrapping.
- Contribute to the boutique's operational efficiency through inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to boutique standards.
- Provide operational and commercial support in after-sales service management, including dossier follow-up and handling returns.
- Organize boutique events in collaboration with operational marketing, including event planning and client segmentation.
- Participate in measuring and analyzing boutique performance metrics such as NPS and Google reviews.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising policies and boutique procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a luxury-focused or business school program.
- Interest in retail and the luxury industry, particularly in Haute Joaillerie and Horlogerie.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury industry, is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a luxury-focused or business school program.
