Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of new calibres with the Manufacture and ChopTech.
  • Oversee the production of PIC FB watches and movements.
  • Ensure the reliability and update of production plan information and timelines for watches and movements.
  • Place external purchase orders and manage internal and external portfolios using Oracle 004 Movement and 010 Habillage databases.
  • Manage FB logistics data in the ERP system in collaboration with the Manufacture.
  • Draft and create various management documents and dashboards.
  • Conduct occasional travel to Chopard Meyrin and suppliers as required.

Qualifications

  • CFC in commerce or equivalent qualification with experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry.
  • Development experience is advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Windows environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proactive and versatile. Autonomous with a keen attention to detail. Dynamic and rigorous. Flexible and mobile.

Experience

Experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry is required. Development experience is considered a plus.

Education

CFC in commerce or equivalent qualification.
