Role & Responsibilities

  • Program and operate traditional machines for the production of watch components, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
  • Perform self-inspection to maintain quality control.
  • Manage and update data through computer systems.
  • Order necessary tooling and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Micromechanic or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in prototyping.

Skills

Excellent dexterity and precision. Proficiency with 3 to 6-axis machining centers (Willemin, Num, Fanuc). Basic computer literacy. Familiarity with measurement devices such as Marcel Aubert. Autonomy, meticulousness, and flexibility. Strong analytical skills. Team-oriented mindset.

Experience

5 to 10 years of experience in high-end watchmaking prototyping.

Education

Certification as a Micromechanic or equivalent qualification.
