Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute all administrative tasks in the boutique's daily operations, including handling incoming mail.
  • Accept, process, track, and dispatch service orders.
  • Support the team during sales discussions.
  • Engage in professional communication via email and phone with clients and business partners.
  • Assist in the preparation and dispatch of postal mailings.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of events.
  • Present high-quality merchandise in the boutique and display windows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the service sector (hospitality, gastronomy, etc.).
  • Strong customer and service orientation with ambitions to establish a career in luxury product sales.
  • Team player with a confident, persuasive, and engaging demeanor, coupled with a positive aura and well-groomed appearance.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Good knowledge of standard MS Office programs and inventory management systems.
  • Exceptional commitment, resilience, and a pronounced quality consciousness.

Experience
