Role & Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic event vision in collaboration with the Communication Director and Executive Management.
  • Oversee the design, planning, and management of all major events in alignment with marketing, communication, and sales strategies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain global event guidelines and coordinate local market events to align with the brand's image and expertise.
  • Manage the Events department, including Event Managers, a creative and decoration team, and a workshop.
  • Receive and interpret briefs from various departments and propose event formats and concepts that meet communication, image, or sales objectives within budget constraints.
  • Develop and update the event plan in accordance with the marketing and communication strategy and budget.
  • Coordinate all event projects, including scheduling, resource management, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Identify, select, and coordinate internal and external event participants.
  • Negotiate budgets, manage supplier relationships, and develop partnerships.
  • Ensure operational excellence in event execution, adhering to specifications, objectives, and budgets.
  • Supervise event scenography, decoration, and visual identity.
  • Analyze post-event results, define KPIs, and ensure the delivery of post-event reports.
  • Develop internal processes to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  • Conduct strategic monitoring of luxury and watchmaking/jewelry sector events and report on global best practices.
  • Manage partner and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and contractual obligations for each event.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in international event project management within the luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in budget and schedule management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury sector and its codes.
  • Familiarity with industry professionals.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
