Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new grand feu enameling techniques, including cloisonné, plique-à-jour, grisaille, aventurine, translucent, opaque, and pailloné, and oversee their production for dials and casing components.
- Participate in design phases, collaborating with designers to create drawings or watercolors for client validation.
- Engage in discussions with technical and design departments.
- Conduct trials and create demonstrators in grand feu enamel.
- Produce enamel components using various techniques, including miniature painting.
- Expand the workshop to incorporate new enameling techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate new techniques.
- Train department colleagues in grand feu enameling techniques.
Qualifications
- Formal training in grand feu enameling.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in grand feu enameling for high-end watch components.
