Role & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce watch components, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
  • Perform machine adjustments and setups.
  • Ensure production quality through self-inspection.
  • Maintain accurate computer records of production data.

Qualifications

  • Certification as a micromechanic or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in micromechanics and high-end watchmaking.

Skills

Proficiency with CNC machining centers, specifically 701S. Basic computer literacy. Familiarity with measurement devices such as Marcel Aubert. Autonomy, precision, and attention to detail. Strong teamwork capabilities. Excellent manual dexterity.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in micromechanics and high-end horology.

Education

Certification as a micromechanic or equivalent qualification.
