Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform manual surface preparation and finishing operations such as brushing, satin-finishing, polishing, and buffing.
  • Execute simple surface preparation tasks using CNC finishing machines on various materials including yellow gold, red gold, white gold, platinum, steel, titanium, and brass.
  • Conduct aesthetic quality control of finished pieces.
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of processes to foster innovation and continuous growth.
  • Design and create tooling and fixtures.

Qualifications

  • Manual dexterity and good visual acuity.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork while being persistent and determined.
  • Patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
  • Age between 15 and 21 years old.
  • Motivation to pursue a dual education (company and school) for three years to obtain a Federal VET Diploma.

Experience
