Role & Responsibilities
- Manufacture unitary or small series tooling on conventional machines through turning, milling, and grinding.
- Perform various operations on CNC machines and electro-discharge machining.
- Finish and assemble tools and conduct heat treatments.
- Participate in the design and testing of tools.
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory schooling.
- Aptitude for technical subjects such as mathematics, physics, and technical drawing.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but candidates should be aged between 15 and 21 years and motivated to pursue a dual training program (company and school) for four years to obtain a Federal VET Diploma (CFC).
Education
Completion of mandatory schooling with a focus on technical subjects.
