Role & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage customer orders and billing processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with local Retail, Wholesale, Export, Accounting, After-Sales Service, Visual Merchandising, and Press teams, as well as global departments in Geneva.
  • Report to the Retail Director and Wholesale Manager.
  • Input orders for retailers and boutiques.
  • Monitor order status and propose solutions for unavailable items.
  • Verify data accuracy, adhere to deadlines, and oversee shipments and deliveries.
  • Respond to information requests and maintain regular contact with clients, subsidiaries, and boutiques.
  • Coordinate with After-Sales Service for product transformations.
  • Manage client billing and credit notes.
  • Verify pricing and commercial discounts.
  • Liaise with suppliers, including freight forwarders and couriers.
  • Conduct and oversee inventory management.
  • Support commercial departments with stock status updates and data entry.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including report generation and stock management.
  • Assist Events and Visual Merchandising teams with material dispatches.
  • Provide administrative support to Press and Communication teams for photoshoots.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes.
  • Ensure meticulous follow-up on special orders and personalized requests.
  • Participate in interdepartmental coordination meetings to optimize order flow.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Native proficiency in French with strong English skills.
  • Experience in high-end retail or sales administration is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in high-end retail or sales administration is preferred.
