Chloé is hiring a Store Planning Intern in Paris to support retail layout, visual merchandising and store projects.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the store planning team on retail layout and space-planning projects for boutiques, refits and pop-ups.
  • Produce and update planograms, floor plans and technical drawings under the supervision of senior planners.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising, retail operations and external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of fixtures and displays.
  • Compile and analyse retail performance and store footprint data to inform layout recommendations.
  • Prepare clear presentation materials and project documentation for internal stakeholders and store teams.
  • Assist with site surveys, fixture inventories and maintenance of the store assets database.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in architecture, interior design, industrial design, retail management or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in creating floor plans and planograms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to project work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise with cross-functional and external teams.
  • Availability to work on-site in Paris for the duration of the internship and adapt to a fast-paced retail calendar.

Experience

Internship-level experience; prior internships, school projects or practical exposure to retail, visual merchandising, interior architecture or store operations are desirable but not mandatory.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in architecture, interior design, industrial design, retail management or a closely related field.
