Stock Administrator — Ready-to-Wear (Alternance)

Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day stock operations for prêt‑à‑porter: receiving, inspecting and labelling incoming merchandise.
- Maintain accurate stock records and process stock movements between warehouse, boutiques and e‑commerce channels.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with merchandising, logistics and store teams to execute replenishments, transfers and seasonal rollouts.
- Prepare routine stock reports and KPIs to inform buying and allocation decisions; escalate anomalies to management.
- Organise and optimise stockroom layout and visual storage to ensure traceability and handling efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and participate in ad hoc operational initiatives during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Fashion Management or similar and available for an alternance starting September 2026.
- Strong numerical aptitude, methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across merchandising, retail and logistics teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible availability to support occasional stock takes or seasonal workload peaks.
- Prior internships or student jobs in retail operations, warehouse or stock control are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Suitable for a candidate at the beginning of their career seeking an alternance: previous internships or practical experience in retail logistics, warehouse operations or stock management are desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Fashion Management or equivalent).
